We are a group of road runners and offer our members to become part of our family who are passionate and love and enjoy running. We meet for morning runs during the week at various locations to accommodate all the members in the different areas. On weekends, we have organised club runs and every Thursday we meet at Eagle Canyon for time trials. Whatever your goals might be, by joining we can help you achieve your running and fitness goals. Experience has taught us how important it is important is to just keep going, it does not matter if you are fast or slow, just remember to keep focusing on your personal running goal. Eventually the pain passes and the flow returns. Keep going, walk if you must, but finish the race. It’s a combination of consistency and balance. RUN SMART and RUN SAFE!
